These terms set the rules for using Juniata County Court Records, a private Pennsylvania court-record reference website. By visiting any page, running a search, or reading content here, you agree to everything listed below. If you do not accept these conditions, leave the site and do not use it further.

KEY DISCLAIMER: This website is privately owned and run. It has no affiliation with Juniata County, the Pennsylvania Unified Judicial System, the 41st Judicial District, the Court of Common Pleas, the Prothonotary, the Clerk of Courts, the Register of Wills, the Sheriff, or any local, state, or federal government body. Neither this site nor any advertising partner offers services meant for credit checks, employment screening, insurance underwriting, tenant evaluation, or any other use covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). We exist to help visitors find public records resources in Juniata County and Pennsylvania. We are not a private investigation firm, and we are not a consumer reporting agency.

1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site. We operate on our own with no ties to any government office. We do not store official Juniata County court records and we cannot pull, certify, redact, seal, expunge, file, or deliver documents for anyone.

What we do is point you toward public records resources in Juniata County, Pennsylvania court systems, and third-party tools that may help with research. Official access rules remain controlled by the record custodian, including the Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law, the UJS Case Records Public Access Policy, Pa.R.J.A. 509 for judicial financial records, and criminal-history statutes such as 18 Pa.C.S. Chapter 91.

2. Rules for Using This Site

  • Break any federal, Pennsylvania, or Juniata County law while using this site
  • Use information you find here to stalk, harass, or threaten anyone
  • Base hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions on content from this site
  • Try to break into our systems or gain access you are not supposed to have
  • Run bots, scrapers, or automated tools against our pages
  • Do anything that slows the site down or blocks other people from using it

3. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. We do not generate background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports of any kind. Neither we nor our advertising partners provide services built for screening job applicants, reviewing rental applications, calculating insurance rates, or judging creditworthiness. You agree not to use data from this site or any linked tool to:

  • Decide whether to hire or fire someone
  • Screen potential renters or housing applicants
  • Judge creditworthiness or set insurance premiums
  • Determine who qualifies for licenses, permits, or government programs
  • Do anything else that falls under FCRA rules

4. Links to Outside Sites

We link to court websites, government portals, legal aid organizations, and outside search services across this site, including Juniata County offices, Pennsylvania UJS Case Search, PAePay, VINE, and related state resources. Clicking one of those links moves you off our platform and onto one we have no control over. We are not responsible for their content, how they handle data, or whether their site stays online. Check their terms before using them.

12. Severability

If a court rules that any part of these terms is invalid or unenforceable, the rest stand. The problem section gets adjusted only as much as needed to make it work.
